Volunteers are what keep WRWA going and give us the energy to protect the Westport River watershed. Here are just a few of the volunteer opportunities available at WRWA. Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering for any of these opportunities or fill out our volunteer application.
Local events
There are several events that for which we need volunteers to hand out information about the Westport River watershed, sell items, and talk to people about the watershed and WRWA.

Committees

River Day
WRWAs annual river celebration in June is a popular summer event and we always need help with various tasks during the day.
Summer Gala
The Gala is WRWAs annual auction and party in August, and we need volunteers to help set up, with general operations, and clean-up for the event.
Mailings
We often need help stuffing, sealing, and addressing letters, newsletters, and mailers.
